1. The Service

FX Battlefield is a market-data visualization and alerting tool. The free tier provides a real-time currency-strength map. The Pro subscription provides Telegram alert notifications, an extended market view, and a public signal ledger.

2. Not Investment Advice

Everything on this site and in the alerts channel is educational and informational only. Signals are statistical observations, not recommendations to buy or sell any instrument. We make no promise of profitability — our own published research shows such signals carry no standalone trading edge. Trading foreign exchange and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We are not a licensed financial advisor in any jurisdiction.

3. Subscription, Cancellation & Refunds

• Pro is billed monthly (USD $9.90) via Stripe and renews automatically.
• Cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt (“Manage subscription”) or by contacting us; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment — email [email protected].
• When a subscription ends, channel access is removed automatically.

4. Fair Use

Pro invite links and member-only URLs are personal. Sharing them, reselling access, or scraping/redistributing the alert feed may result in termination without refund.

5. Availability & Data

Market data comes from third-party feeds with a typical 1–2 second delay; we do not guarantee its accuracy or continuity. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation; scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
